Initial Focus Areas:

  • Build strong relationships with leadership and facilities team members.
  • Conduct a comprehensive assessment of operations and responsibilities within the first few months of employment.

Facilities Management Scope:

  • Oversee all aspects of facility systems including plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and more.
  • Ensure maintenance of landscaping, irrigation, and security systems.
  • Manage the upkeep of various facility structures and equipment.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Relevant technical education or experience in facilities management.
  • A minimum of 3-5 years in a facilities management role, with supervisory experience preferred.
  • Proficient in standard office software applications.
  • Ability to perform physical tasks and lift up to 50 pounds regularly.
  • Willingness to work flexible hours based on organizational needs.
  • Possession of a valid driver's license.
