Key Tasks:

  • Lead daily facility management, EHS, and employee services.
  • Prioritize and implement infrastructure projects, from construction to site upgrades.
  • Implement systems to support and improve manufacturing processes.
  • Ensure compliance with EHS and Global Security standards.
  • Collaborate on infrastructure optimization and delivery.
  • Handle an annual budget for operational and capital expenses.
  • Develop team objectives and goals, focusing on talent development and process improvement.
  • Act as the site's representative for real estate needs and tenant relations.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Engineering, Business, or Construction preferred.
  • Professional Engineer registration is a plus.
  • 8+ years of validated experience in HVAC mechanical design, facility/project engineering, or general contracting.
  • Experience in the life science industry or chemistries-based manufacturing is advantageous.
  • Solid understanding of design-build and plan-specification construction processes.
  • Familiarity with OSHA, EPA, and other relevant regulations.
