The Training Coordinator is accountable for ensuring training compliance and oversight across all facets of the Frontier Passenger Service operations. This role is essential in managing employee training and the ongoing development and adherence to compliance standards for passenger service staff. The individual will be required to obtain and maintain relevant training certifications, including those from Frontier and Menzies Aviation, as well as any additional certifications as necessary.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver comprehensive training for new hires and conduct annual refresher training for all personnel.
  • Facilitate on-the-job training (OJT) for passenger service roles, including secondary OJT and specialized training based on qualifications.
  • Maintain a professional demeanor and conduct at all times.
  • Ensure that training delivery aligns with safety and security protocols, adhering to the highest standards of health, safety, and regulatory compliance.
  • Assist employees and supervisors in implementing necessary health and safety measures to achieve compliance with relevant legislation.
  • Support corporate compliance by ensuring training aligns with the Management of Health and Safety at Work Regulations.
  • Report any violations of statutory requirements or company best practices to management.
  • Engage in daily safety audits and provide management with corrective action recommendations.
  • Complete daily shift reports and other documentation as required.
  • Participate in monthly departmental meetings.
  • Attend mandatory training sessions as dictated by the company and relevant airlines.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned.

  • Understand and adhere to the company health and safety policy.
  • Attend training sessions organized by the company.
Qualifications and Experience:
  • Must be at least 18 years old.
  • Pass a pre-employment drug screening.
  • Proficient in reading, writing, and speaking English.
  • Exhibit excellent communication skills.
  • Possess a positive and proactive attitude.
  • Enjoy interacting with people on a daily basis.
  • Remain composed under pressure.
  • Demonstrate strong time management skills and work independently.
  • Be able to stand for extended periods at various service counters.
  • Uphold the company’s image and standards consistently.
  • Capable of lifting up to 70 lbs.
  • Pass an FBI background check and obtain necessary security clearances.
  • Be flexible and available for variable shifts, including weekends and holidays.
  • Be prepared to work extended hours on short notice during non-routine operations.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Word.
  • Hold a high school diploma, GED, or possess three years of experience in passenger service operations.
