Position Overview:
As a Ramp Training Coordinator, you will oversee the training compliance and management of all aspects of the ramp operations. Your primary responsibility will be to ensure that all personnel receive the necessary training and maintain compliance with industry standards.

Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver comprehensive training programs for new hires and conduct annual refresher courses for existing staff.
- Facilitate on-the-job training (OJT) and specialized driver training to enhance employee skills.
- Maintain a professional demeanor and conduct at all times while representing the company.

- Ensure training programs are aligned with safety and security protocols, adhering to the highest standards of health and safety regulations.
- Assist employees and supervisors in implementing necessary health and safety measures to ensure compliance with relevant legislation.
- Report any compliance issues or breaches of best practices to management.
- Participate in daily safety audits and provide feedback for corrective actions.
- Complete daily reports and attend monthly departmental meetings as required.
- Attend mandatory training sessions as designated by the company.
- Perform additional duties as assigned.

Qualifications:
- Minimum age of 18 years.
- Successful completion of a pre-employment drug screening.
- Proficient in reading, writing, and speaking English.
- Strong communication skills and a positive attitude.
- Ability to remain composed under pressure and manage time effectively.
- Physical capability to lift up to 70 lbs and stand for extended periods.
- Must pass a background check and obtain necessary certifications.
- Flexibility to work varied shifts, including weekends and holidays.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word.
- High school diploma, GED, or three years of relevant experience in ramp or cargo operations.
