Position Overview:
The Compliance Training Coordinator will play a crucial role in overseeing, executing, and evaluating our compliance training initiatives. This position is tasked with ensuring Oak View Group's compliance with various regulations (local, state, and federal), safeguarding the accuracy of our systems, and maintaining the integrity of our supporting databases. Additionally, this role involves configuring and exporting data for external reporting systems and presentations to leadership.

Compensation: The salary for this role ranges from $60,000 to $65,000.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Establishing strong relationships with business stakeholders to facilitate the effective delivery and management of compliance training requirements.
  • Collaborating closely with relevant departments (such as legal and human resources) to ensure that in-house developed content adheres to local, state, and federal regulations while aligning with Oak View Group's policies.
  • Overseeing the execution of all annual compliance training for Oak View Group and providing regular updates to leadership regarding completion metrics.
  • Working in partnership with Talent Acquisition, Onboarding, and Talent Management teams to ensure new hires complete compliance training in a timely manner, in accordance with local, state, and federal requirements, as well as Oak View Group's policies.
  • Utilizing effective communication methods (such as emails and Teams) to enhance awareness of compliance requirements, training expectations, and to offer support to stakeholders.
  • Maintaining an up-to-date understanding of existing and new compliance training requirements and identifying which Oak View Group divisions or locations may be affected.
  • Serving as the administrator for the compliance platform (Traliant), which includes collaborating with Traliant on user account management, accessibility, reporting, and troubleshooting.
  • Assisting with additional Talent Management initiatives as directed by the Senior Director of Talent Management.
  • Minimal travel required (less than 10%).

Qualifications:

  • Knowledge of Adult Learning Principles.
  • Proficiency in SharePoint, Teams, Zoom, etc.
  • Experience in Facilitation, Coaching, and Presentation.
  • Bilingual skills are a plus.
  • Experience in Learning Content Development (ADDIE/SAM).
  • Familiarity with LMS Administration and SaaS products.
  • Proficient in Articulate 365 or similar eLearning authoring tools.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office 365.
