Your Role at Teleperformance USA
As a Licensed Insurance Representative, you play a crucial role in our organization. You will be the primary point of contact for customer inquiries, employing innovative strategies to address their needs. In a collaborative and dynamic environment, you will engage with diverse individuals, ensuring that each day presents new challenges and opportunities for growth.
Your Key Responsibilities
In your role as a Licensed Insurance Representative, your primary duty is to provide effective solutions to a variety of customer inquiries and concerns:
- Manage and respond to all incoming and outgoing customer communications
- Deliver exceptional customer service through attentive listening
- Handle confidential customer information with care
- Aim to resolve issues during the initial contact by being proactive, patient, and empathetic
- Communicate effectively with customers, utilizing retention strategies when necessary
- Assist customers who are comparing options and inquiring about contract details, guiding them to the appropriate pricing plans
- Compassionately address sensitive matters related to healthcare needs and planning
Qualifications We Seek
- Ability to work effectively in a virtual team setting
- Preferred experience in customer service (6 months)
- Must be at least 18 years old
- Typing speed of 25 words per minute
- High School Diploma or GED
- Proficiency with desktop computer systems
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Logical problem-solving abilities
- Familiarity with Windows operating systems
- Organizational and prioritization skills
- Possession of an active home state Property & Casualty License
