Role of the Licensed Insurance Representative

As a Licensed Insurance Representative, you will play a crucial role in our organization. You will engage with customers, addressing their inquiries and providing solutions in a supportive and collaborative environment. Your daily interactions will be diverse, allowing you to develop your skills and explore your potential.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and respond to all incoming and outgoing customer inquiries
  • Deliver outstanding customer service through attentive listening
  • Handle sensitive customer information with confidentiality
  • Strive for first-call resolution by being proactive and empathetic
  • Communicate effectively with customers, focusing on retention
  • Assist customers in understanding pricing plans and contract terms

Ideal Candidate Profile:

  • Experience in a remote team environment
  • Preferred 6 months of customer service experience
  • Must be 18 years or older
  • Typing speed of at least 25 words per minute
  • High School Diploma or GED required
  • Proficient with desktop computer systems
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Effective problem-solving abilities
  • Familiarity with Windows operating systems
  • Excellent organizational skills
  • Possession of an active home state Property & Casualty License
