Role of the Licensed Insurance Representative
As a Licensed Insurance Representative, you will play a crucial role in our organization. You will engage with customers, addressing their inquiries and providing solutions in a supportive and collaborative environment. Your daily interactions will be diverse, allowing you to develop your skills and explore your potential.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and respond to all incoming and outgoing customer inquiries
- Deliver outstanding customer service through attentive listening
- Handle sensitive customer information with confidentiality
- Strive for first-call resolution by being proactive and empathetic
- Communicate effectively with customers, focusing on retention
- Assist customers in understanding pricing plans and contract terms
- Address sensitive issues related to healthcare and prevention planning
Ideal Candidate Profile:
- Experience in a remote team environment
- Preferred 6 months of customer service experience
- Must be 18 years or older
- Typing speed of at least 25 words per minute
- High School Diploma or GED required
- Proficient with desktop computer systems
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Effective problem-solving abilities
- Familiarity with Windows operating systems
- Excellent organizational skills
- Possession of an active home state Property & Casualty License
