- Policy Management: Manage policy renewals, updates, and claims, ensuring accurate and timely processing.
- Customer Care: Address client inquiries, resolve issues promptly, and maintain high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Business Development: Identify potential leads, follow up on sales opportunities, and contribute to the growth of our client base.
Requirements
- Licensing: Must have a valid Florida Allstate Insurance License.
- Experience: Previous experience in insurance sales or a related field is a plus.
