As a Licensed Insurance Representative, you will play a crucial role in our organization. You will address customer inquiries and explore creative solutions to meet their needs. In a collaborative and dynamic environment, you will engage with diverse individuals, ensuring that each day brings new experiences.

Your Key Responsibilities

As a Licensed Insurance Representative, your primary duty is to provide thoughtful responses to a variety of customer inquiries, issues, and concerns:

  • Manage and respond to all incoming and outgoing customer inquiries with care
  • Deliver exceptional customer service through active listening
  • Handle confidential customer information with discretion
  • Aim to resolve issues during the first interaction by being proactive, patient, and empathetic
  • Communicate effectively with customers, employing retention strategies when necessary
  • Assist customers in comparing options and understanding contract terms
  • Handle sensitive situations related to healthcare needs with compassion

We Seek Dedicated Individuals

  • Ability to work effectively in a virtual team setting
  • Preferred experience in customer service (6 months)
  • Must be at least 18 years old
  • Typing speed of 25 wpm
  • High School Diploma or GED
  • Comfortable using desktop computer systems
  • Strong oral and written communication skills
  • Logical problem-solving abilities
  • Proficient in navigating Windows operating systems
  • Strong organizational and prioritization skills
  • Possess an active home state Property & Casualty License
