Job Description

Job Summary: Insurance Nation is seeking a highly skilled Insurance Solutions Specialist to join our team. As an Insurance Solutions Specialist, you will be responsible for providing insurance solutions for new and existing customers, ensuring accurate verification of insurance to maintain customer retention, and meeting performance-based goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide Insurance Solutions: Offer insurance solutions to new and existing customers, ensuring their insurance needs are met.
  • Verify Insurance Coverage: Verify insurance coverage for dealership customers, ensuring accuracy and compliance with industry regulations.
  • Provide Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service, including helping customers with payment issues, providing necessary insurance information, and assisting with filing insurance claims.
  • Attend Training: Attend ongoing training to ensure knowledge of internal policies, insurance product updates, and compliance with industry laws and regulations.

Additional Responsibilities:

  • Perform Other Duties: Perform other duties as required by business needs, ensuring the success of Insurance Nation.
