We are in search of a Senior Financial Analyst to deliver financial insights and strategic recommendations that will bolster E Tech Group's business decisions and planning initiatives. Your role will involve analyzing financial data, constructing financial models, preparing comprehensive reports, and presenting your findings to senior management.
Your Responsibilities Will Include:

  • Overseeing and updating forecasting software (Planful) for budgeting and forecasting purposes.
  • Conducting financial analysis and forecasting for diverse business scenarios and initiatives.
  • Developing and maintaining financial models and dashboards to facilitate decision-making and performance monitoring.
  • Assisting in the creation and upkeep of financial and operational reports and dashboards.
  • Preparing and presenting financial reports, budgets, and projections to senior management.
  • Compiling materials for senior leadership meetings, including Board meetings.
  • Offering recommendations and insights aimed at enhancing profitability, efficiency, and growth.
  • Collaborating with divisional controllers and business partners to provide financial guidance and support.
  • Ensuring adherence to accounting standards, policies, and regulations.
  • Participating in various projects as needed.
  • Working closely with the analytics team to verify dashboard data for accuracy and clarity.
  • Acting as an ambassador prioritizing the success of E Tech Group, our clients, and the careers of our associates.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, economics, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in financial analysis, modeling, reporting, or consulting.
  • Experience with Planful and Sage Intacct is preferred.
  • Advanced proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and financial software tools.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a dynamic environment.
  • Attention to detail, accuracy, and quality.
  • Knowledge of accounting principles, financial statements, and ratios.
  • A collaborative and team-oriented mindset.
