E Tech Group is seeking a Senior Financial Analyst to join our dynamic team in Birmingham, Michigan. As a prominent engineering and system integration firm in the United States, we have been delivering exceptional IT automation and control solutions for over 25 years across various industries, including Life Sciences, Mission Critical, Metals, Material Handling, Consumer Products, and Food & Beverage.

In this role, you will be responsible for providing critical financial insights and strategic recommendations to guide business decisions and planning. Your expertise will be vital in analyzing financial data, developing financial models, and preparing comprehensive reports for senior management.

Your Responsibilities:
- Maintain and enhance forecasting software (Planful) for effective budgeting and forecasting.
- Conduct thorough financial analysis and forecasting for diverse business scenarios and initiatives.
- Develop and sustain financial models and dashboards to facilitate informed decision-making and performance monitoring.
- Ensure that financial and operational reports and dashboards are current and accurate.
- Prepare and deliver financial reports, budgets, and projections to senior leadership.
- Create materials for senior leadership meetings, including Board presentations.
- Offer recommendations and insights aimed at enhancing profitability, efficiency, and growth.
- Collaborate with divisional controllers and business partners to provide financial guidance and support.
- Ensure adherence to accounting standards, policies, and regulations.
- Participate in various projects as required.
- Work closely with the analytics team to validate dashboard data for accuracy and clarity.
- Act as an ambassador prioritizing the success of E Tech Group, our clients, and the careers of our associates.

Your Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, economics, or a related field.
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in financial analysis, modeling, reporting, or consulting.
- Preferred experience with Planful and Sage Intacct.
- Advanced proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and financial software tools.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Exceptional attention to detail, accuracy, and quality.
- Knowledge of accounting principles, financial statements, and ratios.
- A collaborative and team-oriented mindset.
