The Senior Financial Analyst will be responsible for:

  • Maintaining and updating forecasting software (Planful) for budgeting and forecasting purposes.
  • Conducting financial analysis and forecasting for diverse business scenarios and initiatives.
  • Developing and sustaining financial models and dashboards to aid in decision-making and performance monitoring.
  • Ensuring financial and operational reports and dashboards are current and accurate.
  • Preparing and presenting financial reports, budgets, and projections to senior management.
  • Creating materials for senior leadership meetings, including Board presentations.
  • Offering recommendations and insights aimed at enhancing profitability, efficiency, and growth.
  • Collaborating with divisional controllers and business partners to provide financial guidance and support.
  • Ensuring adherence to accounting standards, policies, and regulations.
  • Participating in various projects as required.
  • Working closely with the analytics team to verify dashboard data for accuracy and clarity.
  • Acting as an ambassador for E Tech Group, prioritizing the success of the company, our clients, and the careers of our associates.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, economics, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in financial analysis, modeling, reporting, or consulting.
  • Experience with Planful and Sage Intacct is preferred.
  • Advanced proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and financial software tools.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a dynamic environment.
  • Attention to detail, accuracy, and quality.
  • Knowledge of accounting principles, financial statements, and ratios.
  • A collaborative and team-oriented mindset.
