We are seeking a seasoned professional to fill the role of Key Account Strategy Director at the Honickman Companies. This is an exceptional opportunity for someone with 5 years of sales and marketing management experience, or 7 years in a similar field.

Job Description

The successful candidate will report directly to the VP of Retail Customer Sales and be responsible for driving strategies and operational goals across the organization. Their key responsibilities will include:

  • Developing and maintaining strong relationships with key customers and identifying opportunities for expansion in their market
  • Managing departmental budgets, tracking volume, and margin
  • Actively contributing to cross-functional teams to ensure objectives are met and aligned across the organization
  • Leading a team, providing coaching, counseling, and support as needed
  • Ensuring successful delivery outcomes, value realization, and risk mitigation by being the voice of the customer
  • Tracking promotional activity and providing post-ad analysis for accounts
  • Continuously driving process improvement in customer service, providing excellent support and satisfaction to our customers

This role requires a Bachelor's Degree in a related field and exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to foster strong working relationships with internal and external teams. The ideal candidate should have previous experience in managing small to midsize teams and delivering solutions in GBG (Goods, Beverages & Groceries) companies. A valid Driver's License is also required, with approximately 20% travel to field customer locations.

Requirements

Compensation

We offer a competitive salary range of $120,000-$130,000 annually, depending on experience. Our benefits package includes medical, dental, and vision coverage, eligibility for benefit plans after 60 days of employment, 5 days of sick leave, 3 weeks of vacation accrued throughout the year, 7 Company Paid Holidays, and a 401K Plan with employer match.
