The Honickman Companies is a dynamic organization seeking an exceptional Executive Account Strategist to drive strategies and operational goals across the organization.
Salary:$120,000 - $130,000 per annum
Job Description:
We are looking for a skilled Executive Account Strategist to grow and develop trust with key customers, foster relationships, and sales. The ideal candidate will work across multiple channels in delivering the right resources, provide direction on key accounts, and address/resolve challenges as they arise.
The incumbent will oversee key accounts by developing and maintaining customer relationships; continuously identifying opportunities for expansion in the market. Additional responsibilities include managing departmental budget, tracking volume and margin.
The Executive Account Strategist will actively contribute to cross-functional teams to ensure objectives are met and aligned across the organization. They will manage a team by coaching and counseling; providing support as needed. As the voice of the customer, the Executive Account Strategist will identify pain points and opportunities within the market by ensuring successful delivery outcomes, value realization, and risk mitigation.
Requirements:
To be successful in this role, the Executive Account Strategist must have a Bachelor's Degree in a related field and 5 years of Sales/Marketing Management experience; or 7 years of Sales/Marketing Management experience. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are essential to foster strong working relationships with internal/external teams.
The position requires a valid Driver's License and travel to field customer locations (20%). Previous experience in managing small to mid-size teams is preferred. Delivering solutions in GBG (Goods, Beverages & Groceries) companies is a plus.

Eligibility begins the first month after 60 days of employment. Five days of sick leave; three weeks of vacation accrued throughout the year; seven Company Paid Holidays (pro-rated based on hire date) and a 401K Plan with employer match.
