Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Salesforce Transformation Director to join our team at AccelerEd. As a key member of our operations team, you will play a transformative role in setting operational standards that elevate our impact.

In this role, you will lead the establishment and implementation of standardized processes, policies, and KPIs to measure and elevate operational performance within Salesforce, Marketing Cloud, and Contact Center teams. You will drive metrics development for key operational areas to foster a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.

This is an excellent opportunity to leverage your expertise in project management, program management, consulting, strategy, operations, or similar capacity to drive business growth and excellence in Higher Education. Our ideal candidate will have 10+ years of combined experience in technical project management, program management, consulting, strategy, operations, or similar capacity, with 6+ years of Salesforce implementation experience for full-lifecycle enterprise software projects.
