Salary and Benefits

The estimated annual salary for this position is $216,000 - $240,000, depending on experience. In addition to a competitive salary, we offer a comprehensive benefits package, including 401(k) matching, health insurance, employee assistance program, life insurance, and tuition reimbursement.

Job Description

The Key Account Development Specialist will be responsible for generating new major account sales within a defined territory. This includes managing the entire sales process, from identifying target accounts to creating value through a deep understanding of our prospects' challenges and presenting a compelling solution to improve their business.

  • Generate a minimum of $10,400 in weekly rental revenues during each fiscal year.
  • Navigate complex buying environments to ensure successful positioning.
  • Use our Total Cost Evaluation process to meet with key operational contacts within target accounts and complete a thorough site-level needs analysis.
  • Develop custom solutions for target accounts and quantify process improvements and savings.
  • Presents effectively to diverse audiences, including large committees and executives.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A minimum of 3 years of experience in B2B hunting sales or sales management in a service industry.
  • A proven track record of sales success, with a President's Club or equivalent achievement.
  • High-level knowledge and experience managing the entire major account sales process.
  • Experience in contract negotiations with major account prospects at the executive or C decision-making level.
  • A proven track record of pipeline management and forecasting.
  • An autonomous, progressive take-charge attitude, with the ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines with minimal supervision.
  • Strong use of sales force automation CRM tools, Microsoft Office, and Microsoft Teams.
