Position Title: Executive Assistant

Role Summary

Tri-Pac, Inc., a leading contract development and manufacturing organization specializing in liquid and aerosol filling for personal care and pharmaceutical sectors, is in search of a proficient Executive Assistant to enhance our dynamic team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee all administrative functions for Senior Management.
  • Manage a high volume of correspondence, prioritizing urgent matters effectively.
  • Prepare and review documents requiring approval from Directors.
  • Organize meetings, including arranging catering and preparing agendas.
  • Document and distribute minutes from meetings accurately.
  • Generate detailed reports, ensuring precision and clarity.
  • Conduct research and compile data for executive presentations.
  • Handle incoming issues with discretion and confidentiality.
  • Perform general office duties, including supply ordering and record management.
  • Facilitate informed decision-making by ensuring relevant information is accessible.
  • Build and maintain productive relationships with stakeholders.
  • Welcome visitors and manage access to key personnel.
  • Evaluate operational practices to identify areas for improvement.
  • Engage in special projects as assigned.
  • Execute additional tasks as required.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Accounting, or a related field is required.
  • Master's degree in Science, Math, or a relevant discipline is preferred.
  • A minimum of 7 years of experience in an executive administrative role within a corporate setting.
  • Proven experience supporting senior leadership.
  • Ability to work autonomously or collaboratively with minimal oversight.
  • Capable of thriving in a fast-paced and evolving environment.
  • Exceptional organizational and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong time management skills with the ability to juggle multiple priorities.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, including Microsoft Project and SharePoint.
