  • Clinical Operations
    • Oversee the clinical operations of the dental program, including patient care, treatment planning, and quality assurance.
    • Develop and implement protocols for infection control, patient safety, and risk management.
  • Financial Management
    • Develop and manage the dental program's budget, ensuring financial sustainability and growth.
    • Monitor and analyze financial data, identifying areas for improvement and implementing cost-saving measures.
  • Strategic Planning
    • Develop and implement strategic plans to drive the growth and development of the dental program.
    • Collaborate with senior leadership to align the dental program with the organization's overall mission and goals.
Requirements
  • Education and Experience
    • Graduate of an accredited dental school with a Doctoral Degree (DDS/DMD).
    • Minimum 3 years of experience in a leadership or management role in a dental setting.
  • Licensure and Certification
    • Unrestricted license to practice dentistry in the state of Oregon.
    • Current DEA certificate without restrictions.
    • BLS certification.
  • Skills and Abilities
    • Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with patients, staff, and external stakeholders.
    • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret financial data and make informed decisions.
