Senior Business Development Director

The WFS Group is a leading provider of outsourced sales services, and we're currently looking for an experienced Enterprise Sales Executive Leader to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying and developing high-value new account opportunities, leveraging your expertise in revenue operations (RevOps) to align customer acquisition models with strategic goals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive growth by identifying and pursuing new business opportunities
- Leverage RevOps expertise to optimize customer acquisition models
- Develop and execute strategic growth plans to meet new revenue targets
Requirements:
- Proven track record of closing deals with high 6 or 7 figure contract value
- Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills
- Ability to adapt quickly to dynamic sales environments
Compensation Range: $90K - $100K
