Senior Business Development Executive

This is a Senior Management position responsible for supporting the operational and financial planning needs of an organization. The role involves providing integrated analysis of financial and operational metrics, managing data-driven financial reporting, and analyzing business risks.
- Actively supports efforts to enhance customer experience by streamlining processes and improving operational efficiency.
- Manages a team of Business Planning Analysts, coaching, counseling, and disciplining employees to foster growth and development.
- Develops and executes budget/forecast functions, models, reporting, and analysis.
- Serves as a liaison to the Business Planning team for monthly financial reporting summaries and forecast trends.
- Reviews and analyzes complex data management, providing solutions and visibility to department leadership.
- Assigns projects and provides support to direct report Business Planning Analysts.
- Ensures complete analysis and understanding of interdependencies, business risks, and risk mitigates that could impact or be impacted by the delivery of proof of concepts, new products, services, processes, and technologies.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field.
- Minimum 7 years of Accounting/Business Planning/Finance experience.
- Minimum 3 years of Management experience.
Estimated salary: $120,000 - $180,000 per year based on location and industry standards.
