At Benchmark Senior Living, we are in search of a dedicated Signature Services Associate to enhance our team. The primary responsibility of the Signature Services Associate is to accompany residents during appointments, outings, and personal travel requests. Additionally, support with various activities and programming needs may be required.

Per Diem hours are arranged as necessary from Monday to Friday, 8 AM to 5 PM, with occasional evening and weekend shifts as needed.

Key Responsibilities of the Signature Services Associate:

  • Facilitates transportation and/or accompanies residents to their appointments.
  • Provides assistance to residents while they are outside the community, as necessary.
  • Ensures the safety and welfare of residents during outings.
  • Encourages residents' independence by recognizing that all care aspects can be seen as activities.
  • Demonstrates an understanding of residents' backgrounds, participation needs, physical capabilities, interests, cognitive abilities, and attention spans.
  • Reports any changes in residents' conditions or behaviors to the Activity Director.

    Qualifications for the Signature Services Associate:
    • A high school diploma, bachelor's degree, or equivalent experience and knowledge related to aging and disability issues is required. Must possess the experience and training necessary to develop programs suitable for elderly and disabled individuals.
    • Experience and training in recreational activities are essential.
    • PCA certification is mandatory (training will be provided if the candidate does not possess it).
    • LNA certification is preferred but not required.
