Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Sales Director to lead our sales team at Mathis Home - OKC. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of driving sales growth, developing and implementing strategic sales plans, and building a high-performing sales team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Establish Sales Objectives: Develop and implement annual sales goals for regions, ensuring alignment with company objectives.
  • Strategic Sales Planning: Create and execute sales plans and forecasts to achieve company objectives for products and services.
  • Team Leadership: Direct and develop a high-performing sales team, including staffing, training, and performance evaluations.
  • Sales Performance Analysis: Review and analyze sales performances against programs to determine effectiveness.
  • Customer Service: Ensure a positive customer experience, driving customer loyalty and retention.
  • Competitor Analysis: Monitor competitor products, sales, and marketing activities to stay ahead in the market.
  • Store Environment: Create and maintain a store environment that invites and welcomes customers.
  • Employee Management: Provide a positive working environment, handle employee issues, and perform evaluations and disciplinary actions when needed.
  • Communication: Effectively communicate with other department heads and team members.
Requirements
  • Experience: Minimum 5-10 years of sales management experience.
  • Skills: Ability to communicate effectively, motivate employees, and provide clear direction.
  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Physical Demands: Heavy work, lifting up to 10 lbs occasionally, and working in an indoor climate-controlled environment.
