Director, Inside Sales Leader

Lead and manage the Inside Sales team to achieve and exceed business objectives within the AMR region.
Key Responsibilities:- Direct the Inside Sales team to meet or exceed sales goals as defined by the annual plan/budget
- Build Inside Sales capabilities across Inside Sales Account Manager and Sales Development teams to drive efficiency and effectiveness of the team
- Establish and execute strategies for new customer acquisition and growth goal attainment
- Monitor and optimize lead generation campaigns to ensure maximum ROI
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to help meet regional sales targets
- Develop and implement training plans to ensure the team has the necessary expertise
- Foster a high-performance culture that promotes teamwork, accountability, and continuous improvement
- BA/BS degree in Biology, Molecular Biology, Biochemistry, Chemistry, or a related field
- 10+ years of successful sales experience, preferably in the academic, life sciences, or biotechnology industries
- 8+ years in Sales leadership and people management experience, with a proven track record of leading teams that meet or exceed revenue targets
- Strong knowledge of Next-Generation Sequencing (NGS) technology and its applications in research and diagnostic settings
- Familiarity with CRM tools and systems
- In-depth knowledge of lead generation techniques and tools
