Job Description

About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Sales Manager to join our team at Teledyne Defense Electronics, LLC. As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and revenue across our product lines in the Central Region.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to meet and exceed sales targets
  • Manage a team of sales representatives to achieve sales goals
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and partners
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities to drive growth
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to facilitate sales and customer engagement
  • Monitor and analyze sales performance to inform business decisions
  • Develop and maintain sales materials and collateral to support sales efforts

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business or related field
  • 8+ years of sales experience in a similar industry
  • Strong knowledge of sales strategies and tactics
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to travel up to 50% of the time
