Job Description

Manages sales of the organization's Security Services portfolio.

In this role, you will bring your experience managing teams of Security Sales professionals. We look for candidates with experience managing a team of reps using expert, consultative sales approach and calling on Fortune 500 Enterprise, commercial customers. The role requires up to 50% travel managing a team of Security Sales professionals.

What we LOVE to see:

  • 10+ years of experience managing quota carrying, Sales Reps who are selling to the senior executive level within Fortune 500 companies.
  • 5+ years of Security Sales experience
  • Passion for teaching reps how to identify new and expansion sales opportunities -- strong business acumen for uncovering, evaluating, growing and closing sales opportunities within a dynamic and extremely time sensitive environment.
  • Understanding of Oracle's integrated technology solutions including Oracle Security Services Solutions as well as knowledge of HCM & ERP SaaS applications software, PaaS and IaaS solutions.

Responsibilities

Manages sales of the organization's services (e.g., Security service contracts). Group is responsible for developing new accounts and/or expanding existing accounts within an established geographic territory, industry, product segment or channel.

US: Hiring Range: from $118,400 to $232,300 per annum. May be eligible for equity and compensation deferral. Eligible for commission with an estimated pay mix of 50/50.

Oracle maintains broad salary ranges for its roles in order to account for variations in knowledge, skills, experience, market conditions and locations, as well as reflect Oracle's differing products, industries and lines of business.

Candidates are typically placed into the range based on the preceding factors as well as internal peer equity.

  8. Paid time off: Flexible Vacation is provided to all eligible employees assigned to a salaried (non-overtime eligible) position. Accrued Vacation is provided to all other employees eligible for vacation benefits. For employees working at least 35 hours per week, the vacation accrual rate is 13 days annually for the first three years of employment and 18 days annually for subsequent years of employment. Vacation accrual is prorated for employees working between 20 and 34 hours per week. Employees working fewer than 20 hours per week are not eligible for vacation.

  10. Paid sick leave: 72 hours of paid sick leave upon date of hire. Refreshes each calendar year. Unused balance will carry over each year up to a maximum cap of 112 hours.
