Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated Business Development Representative to join our team at Siemens Digital Industries Software. As a Business Development Representative, you will be responsible for identifying, penetrating, and cultivating new business opportunities in the sales industry.

Key Responsibilities
  • Research and qualify new business prospects to identify potential opportunities
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to penetrate new markets and expand existing customer relationships
  • Collaborate with sales teams to identify and pursue new business opportunities
  • Manage and track sales activities, including cold calling, email outreach, and social media engagement
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key decision-makers at target accounts
Requirements
  • Minimum 1+ years of experience in business development or sales-related roles
  • Prior experience in persistently cold-calling new account targets
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with customers and colleagues
  • Proven ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets
  • Proficient in using CRM systems, such as Salesforce
Preferred Qualifications
  • Inside sales and/or direct selling experience
  • Engineering and/or technical background
