Administrative Coordinator

The Financial Assistant will be responsible for:
- Analyzing and processing a high volume of accounts payable invoices
- Managing and organizing purchase orders, invoices, and packing slips
- Researching and investigating incomplete or unclear AP and AR paperwork as necessary
- Reconciling account statements
Required Skills and Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A very high level of attention to detail
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Ability to meet tight deadlines
- Excellent problem-solving skills
- Typing speed of at least 50WPM
- Basic understanding of MS Office programs (Word, Excel, and Outlook)
- Math proficiency (addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division)
- Knowledge of general filing procedures
Salary and Benefits
This position offers a competitive salary of $55,000 - $65,000 per year, depending on experience, plus excellent benefits including medical, dental, and vision insurance, 401(k) matching, and paid time off.
