Patient Services Coordinator

Job Description:
As a Patient Services Coordinator, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our client's medical office. Your primary responsibility will be to provide excellent customer service to patients, which includes responding to their inquiries, resolving their concerns, and scheduling appointments.
Key Responsibilities- Provide administrative support to the patient services team, including answering phone calls, responding to emails, and handling patient correspondence.
- Schedule appointments and manage the patient schedule to ensure efficient use of time.
- Process patient paperwork, including insurance claims and billing.
- Assist with data entry, report generation, and other administrative tasks as needed.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of patient interactions, including communication history and appointment scheduling.
- Collaborate with healthcare providers and other staff members to ensure seamless communication and coordination.
- Stay up-to-date with industry developments, best practices, and regulatory requirements to ensure compliance and quality care.
