Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with our clients through effective communication and service, ensuring they receive high-quality, timely service on their projects.
  • Manage crew members, including morning dispatch, performance management, addressing complaints, and planning, assigning, or directing workloads.
  • Conduct proactive site quality reviews and communicate assessments internally and externally.
  • Nurture and earn referrals to help the branch achieve its growth objectives.
  • Lead the branch in growing its base contracts in targeted market segments and geographic locations.
  • Collaborate with the branch team to achieve overall objectives of quality, retention, growth, and profitability.
Requirements:
  • 3+ years of client and crew management experience in the commercial landscape industry, with a proven track record of managing a large client portfolio.
  • 2 or 4-year college degree in a related field, or a minimum of 2-3 years of landscape/horticulture experience, including training and managing multiple crew members/gardeners.
  • Strong customer service, sales, and communication skills, or combined comparable experience.
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills, with a strong work ethic.
  • Strong interpersonal verbal and written skills, with the ability to write and present proposals and bids.
  • Experience in consultative sales to clients for additional services.
