Business Development Associate

Treston Security Services is seeking a motivated and results-driven Business Development Associate to help grow our security services business in the Las Vegas/Henderson area.

The ideal candidate will have a strong sales background, excellent communication skills, and a passion for building relationships.

As a Business Development Associate, you will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, developing relationships with potential clients, and driving revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and target potential clients in various industries, including commercial, residential, and industrial sectors.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key decision-makers and influencers within target organizations.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop effective sales materials and campaigns.
  • Attend industry events, networking functions, and trade shows to promote Treston Security Services and generate leads.
  • Achieve and exceed sales targets and performance metrics.
  • Provide regular reports on sales activities, pipeline status, and market conditions to management.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field preferred.
  • Proven experience in business development, sales, or a related role, preferably in the security services industry.
  • Strong understanding of the Las Vegas market and its business landscape.
  • Self-motivated with a proactive approach to identifying and pursuing new business opportunities.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
