Business Development Associate
Treston Security Services is seeking a motivated and results-driven Business Development Associate to help grow our security services business in the Las Vegas/Henderson area.
The ideal candidate will have a strong sales background, excellent communication skills, and a passion for building relationships.
As a Business Development Associate, you will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, developing relationships with potential clients, and driving revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and target potential clients in various industries, including commercial, residential, and industrial sectors.
- Develop and maintain relationships with key decision-makers and influencers within target organizations.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop effective sales materials and campaigns.
- Attend industry events, networking functions, and trade shows to promote Treston Security Services and generate leads.
- Achieve and exceed sales targets and performance metrics.
- Provide regular reports on sales activities, pipeline status, and market conditions to management.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field preferred.
- Proven experience in business development, sales, or a related role, preferably in the security services industry.
- Strong understanding of the Las Vegas market and its business landscape.
- Self-motivated with a proactive approach to identifying and pursuing new business opportunities.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
