Branch Manager - IT Division

The Branch Manager will be responsible for driving the growth and profitability of the IT Division, ensuring the team meets or exceeds the overall budget through effective staffing, training, and performance management. This role requires a strong leader who can hold themselves and their team accountable for identifying and networking with prospective job seekers, developing recruiting strategies, and researching and identifying new business opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Budget management for the IT Division, including management of turnover, expenses, salaries, headcount, starts, and ends
  • Conducting weekly one-on-one meetings with Recruiters and Business Development Managers to discuss productivity standards and training issues
  • Maintaining and validating prospective Business Development Manager client lists
  • Performing performance evaluations and improvement plans, acting as a mentor to the team as needed
  • Identifying, networking, and selling to potential passive candidates and job seekers through creative recruiting strategies
  • Researching and selling to potential business deals by contacting potential clients through prospect calls, ad calls, lead follow-up, and MPC calls
  • Maintaining and updating prospective candidate pipelines and client lists
  • Scheduling and attending candidate information gathering interviews to identify Hot Buttons, Competitive Edge, and Leads that will generate new business and expand current business
  • Scheduling and attending client meetings to generate new business and expand current business
  • Developing, penetrating, and maintaining candidate and client relationships through Quality/Expansion Calls
  • Negotiating fees and pay rates and closing deals in accordance with company goals and expectations
  • Representing Addison Group in a professional and positive manner in all interactions, including networking events and other activities outside of normal business hours
  • Documenting all candidate and client conversations into the internal database for historical data and productivity reporting

Qualifications and Education Requirements:

A four-year degree or equivalent is required. Professional oral and written communication skills are essential. Individuals in this position work in a team environment while being held accountable for individual productivity targets. Successful candidates must be comfortable making many calls, networking, and generating leads, scheduling candidate interviews, client visits, and building relationships.
