Business Development Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Business Development Manager to join our team at iTrip Charleston Beaches. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and executing business development strategies to expand our vacation rental property portfolio.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute business development strategies to expand the vacation rental property portfolio.
  • Identify and establish partnerships with real estate agents, mortgage brokers, home builders, and other relevant stakeholders.
  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for growth.
  • Create and implement promotional campaigns to attract new property owners.
  • Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness of business development efforts and make data-driven recommendations.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and regulatory changes that may impact the vacation rental property management business.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with property owners, providing exceptional customer service and support.
  • Collaborate with the operations team to ensure smooth onboarding and ongoing management of new properties.
  • Participate in industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities to expand the company's presence and generate new leads.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in business development, sales, or marketing within the vacation rental, real estate, hospitality, or professional services industry.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to build and maintain relationships with property owners, industry professionals, and key stakeholders.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make strategic recommendations.
  • Proactive and self-motivated, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficiency in using CRM (Customer Relationship Management) software and other relevant business tools.
  • Flexibility to travel as required for business meetings, conferences, and industry events.
