Responsibilities:

Menu Development:
  • Craft innovative and seasonally inspired menus that cater to the tastes and preferences of our clientele.
  • Collaborate with management and culinary team members to conceptualize menu ideas that reflect current culinary trends and guest preferences.
  • Ensure menu offerings are financially viable and adhere to budgetary guidelines.
Kitchen Operations:
  • Oversee all facets of kitchen operations, including food preparation, cooking, and presentation.
  • Uphold high standards of food quality, consistency, and visual appeal.
  • Manage kitchen staff scheduling, training, and performance assessments.
  • Monitor inventory levels and liaise with suppliers to ensure timely procurement of ingredients and supplies.
Quality Assurance and Compliance:
  • Ensure adherence to food safety regulations and sanitation standards.
  • Conduct regular inspections to maintain cleanliness and hygiene in kitchen and food preparation areas.
  • Implement and enforce proper kitchen protocols to sustain a safe and efficient working environment.
Leadership and Team Development:
  • Lead by example and motivate culinary team members to achieve excellence.
  • Provide mentorship, guidance, and training to kitchen staff to enhance their culinary skills and professional development.
