Position Title: Executive Culinary Leader

Salary: 105,000-110,000

Position Summary

We are seeking a passionate Executive Culinary Leader who is dedicated to providing top-notch food and service. The ideal candidate will be an inspiring leader, a creative thinker, and a detail-oriented professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment. This role requires a hands-on approach to culinary operations and a commitment to continuous improvement and learning.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead by example in the kitchen, providing mentorship and guidance to all culinary staff.
  • Ensure smooth kitchen operations and uphold high standards of food quality and service.
  • Develop and maintain recipes, portion specifications, and preparation procedures for all menu items.
  • Coordinate training programs for kitchen staff to meet service excellence standards.
  • Oversee hiring, training, and development of culinary teams to ensure exceptional guest experiences.
  • Manage purchasing specifications and budgetary considerations for menu items.
  • Prepare operational reports to track progress and identify areas for improvement.
  • Maintain compliance with health and safety regulations and company policies.
  • Conduct regular inspections to ensure food quality, cleanliness, and sanitation standards are met.
  • Supervise culinary operations across multiple locations, ensuring consistency and quality.
  • Foster a positive work environment that encourages employee engagement and development.
  • Collaborate with both front-of-house and back-of-house teams to support overall business objectives.
Qualifications
  • Proven track record of culinary management and team leadership.
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to work independently.
  • Flexibility to work varied hours, including evenings and weekends.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and experience with financial management.
  • Degree or certification in Culinary Arts or a related field preferred.
  • Minimum of four years in an Executive Chef role and ten years of culinary management experience.
  • ServSafe and Food Safety Handler certifications are a plus.
