We are looking for a Senior Accountant to become a vital part of our team.
  • Compensation: $109,000 - $135,000 salary, equity plan grant, and an exceptional benefits package.
  • As a Senior Accountant, you will play a crucial role in our financial operations, engaging in various aspects of Rokt's core finance functions and collaborating with our global finance team to optimize processes.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage month-end closing activities, including processing journal entries, reconciling balance sheets, preparing audit schedules, conducting variance analysis, and collaborating with department leaders to resolve discrepancies.
  • Identify and rectify account discrepancies to ensure the integrity of financial data.
  • Perform ad hoc financial analysis and communicate findings to management.
  • Provide financial summaries for your area of responsibility to finance leadership, including materials for board presentations.
  • Support team initiatives aimed at driving change and enhancing efficiency by implementing new processes in key accounting areas.
  • Identify opportunities to automate existing manual tasks.
Qualifications:
  • Must hold a CPA certification (or be in the process of obtaining one) with at least 3 years of relevant experience.
  • Familiarity with ERP systems (NetSuite preferred).
  • Strong understanding of US GAAP, with knowledge of IFRS being a plus.
  • Detail-oriented with a proactive and positive approach, capable of multitasking and adapting quickly in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to prioritize effectively and meet deadlines.
  • Willingness to identify and resolve issues independently or collaboratively.
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting or a related field is required.
