About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Principal Account Executive to join our Entertainment group at Amazon Ads. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving ad revenue across one or more Lines of Business (LOBs) by developing relationships with VP+ advertising and agency customers, and creating net-new programs worthy of incremental investment channels.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute strategic plans to drive ad revenue growth across assigned LOBs
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with VP+ advertising and agency customers to understand their business needs and identify opportunities for Amazon Ads
  • Create and present customized advertising solutions to clients, leveraging Amazon's innovative technologies and insights
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement new advertising products and services
  • Meet or exceed quarterly revenue targets and sales goals
Requirements
  • 7+ years of experience in digital ad sales, with a proven track record of consistently closing sales and generating revenues
  • Demonstrated ability to interact with a broad set of businesses and present both over the phone and in person
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, strong attention to detail, and good follow-through
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities and deadlines
