Customer Service Operations Leader

Ultimate Staffing is in search of a skilled and proactive Customer Service Operations Leader to join our prestigious client. This position offers a hybrid work model, combining remote flexibility with on-site collaboration.
This is a direct hire opportunity with a competitive salary range of $70,000-$95,000, along with annual performance incentives of approximately 10%
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee and mentor a team of over 10 customer service professionals, fostering an environment of high achievement and continuous development.
- Design and execute initiatives aimed at enhancing customer satisfaction and streamlining operational processes.
- Address complex customer challenges through effective problem-solving and decisive action.
- Evaluate team performance, offering constructive feedback and conducting regular assessments.
- Leverage advanced technical skills to manage customer service platforms and tools, ensuring peak team productivity.
- Demonstrate adaptability to evolving business requirements, showcasing the ability to make swift and informed decisions.
- Work in partnership with various departments to synchronize customer service objectives with broader organizational goals.
Qualifications:
- Demonstrated experience in leading customer service teams of 10 or more individuals.
- Outstanding problem-solving capabilities and the capacity to make prompt, effective decisions.
- Strong technical aptitude, with familiarity in utilizing customer service software and tools.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Proven ability to thrive in a hybrid work setting.
- Excellent organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail.
Compensation and Benefits:
- Annual salary range: $70,000 - $95,000
