Position Overview

BGI is seeking both full-time and part-time F-16 Flight Operations Experts to provide critical support for our USAF and International F-16 Simulation & Training initiatives. We are looking for candidates who can contribute their expertise in the Dallas/Fort Worth area, with flexibility for part-time roles to be filled by individuals from various locations across the country. Positions are available for immediate engagement.

Key Responsibilities

  • Contribute to the design of F-16 flight simulators by offering operational insights and performance data to development teams.
  • Deliver subject matter expertise on F-16 systems, including avionics, weaponry, and overall operational capabilities.
  • Assist in the creation and evaluation of Testing Procedures to ensure F-16 simulators fulfill essential training requirements.
  • Conduct Test & Evaluation (T&E) and Validation & Verification (V&V) on advanced F-16 flight simulators and associated systems.
  • Document and report discrepancies and operational deficiencies for resolution by program teams.
  • Provide recommendations for current and future training solutions based on user needs and advancements in technology.
  • Participate in client meetings to effectively translate user requirements into training development.
Qualifications
  • Extensive knowledge of F-16 aircraft operations, including engine performance, avionics, and tactical employment.
  • Familiarity with F-16 Dash 1 & Operations Manuals.
  • Recent operational experience with the aircraft is preferred.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with a keen attention to detail.
  • Ability to simplify complex technical information for diverse audiences.
  • Eligibility to obtain a U.S. DoD Security Clearance.
  • Prior instructional experience is advantageous.
