Overview: Computer Systems Center Incorporated is seeking a highly skilled F-35 Requirements Specialist to provide essential support to the Department of Aviation. This role is pivotal in advising on aviation matters and developing strategic policies that ensure the operational readiness and safety of aviation platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) to guide decision-making on F-35 requirements and resource allocation.
  • Facilitate the planning and execution of Joint F-35 program initiatives, including sustainment and prioritization of Marine Corps objectives.
  • Support the transition of Tactical Aircraft (TACAIR) within Marine Aviation.
  • Collaborate on the development of F-35 Concepts of Operations, ensuring timely delivery of capabilities to fleet users.
  • Drive critical capability and readiness initiatives through effective sustainment efforts.
  • Identify and integrate emerging technologies and concepts to enhance F-35 operations.
  • Engage with Joint and Service Science and Technology portfolios to assess capabilities relevant to F-35.
  • Contribute to the integration of F-35 within evolving Command Control, Communications, Computers, Cyber Intelligence, Surveillance, and Reconnaissance (C5ISR) frameworks.
  • Examine F-35 operational concepts within the context of Distributed Maritime Operations and other contemporary frameworks.
  • Coordinate with training commands to inform and innovate aviation warfighting concepts.

Qualifications:

  • Must be a U.S. Citizen.
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field.
  • Possess a current Top Secret Clearance with SCI eligibility.
  • A minimum of 12 years of relevant experience in Department of Defense environments.
  • In-depth knowledge of F-35 requirements and operational capabilities.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Strong analytical, diagnostic, and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent organizational abilities and customer service orientation.
  • Effective written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present information clearly.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Prior military experience is advantageous but not mandatory.

Travel Requirements: Frequent long-distance travel may be necessary.
