Position Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated Aircraft Maintenance Specialist to join our team, focusing on the inspection, repair, and preventive upkeep of our piston aircraft fleet. The ideal candidate will thrive in a dynamic environment, emphasizing safety and quality in every task. You will utilize ATP's advanced computerized logbook management systems and adhere strictly to maintenance protocols and manufacturer guidelines.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct thorough troubleshooting, maintenance, and repairs in compliance with relevant regulations and company standards.
- Maintain precise and accurate maintenance records by diligently documenting all required forms and logbook entries.
- Adhere to all operational policies and procedures.
- Ensure a clean and organized workspace.
- Execute all tasks with a strong focus on safety.
- Undertake additional responsibilities as assigned.
Qualifications:
- Valid Airframe and Powerplant (A&P) Certificate.
- A minimum of two years' experience in maintenance of piston-powered aircraft.
- Comprehensive knowledge of Federal Aviation Regulations and manufacturer guidelines.
- Possession of necessary tools for aircraft maintenance.
- FAA Inspection Authorization is preferred but not mandatory.
- Private pilot's license is preferred but not mandatory.
- Experience with avionics troubleshooting, particularly with Garmin integrated systems.

Physical Requirements:
