Job Overview

Swoon is seeking a dedicated Flight Operations Administrative Coordinator to support our esteemed client.

Daily Responsibilities:

  • Manage phone inquiries, address general questions, and assist with in-person visitors.
  • Support the Flight Management Team with special projects and additional tasks as directed by supervisors or managers.
  • Handle reimbursements, assist with pilot leave administration (LTD/FMLA/MLOA/IOD), manage personnel files, update iPads and webpages, process emergency travel requests, and manage uniform item logs, training hotel requests, parking hangtags, IDs, and SIDA badges.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in administrative roles or customer service.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • High School diploma, GED, or equivalent required.
  • Exceptional customer service skills, both over the phone and in person.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in the airline or aviation sector.
  • Background with enterprise-level organizations.
  • A collaborative mindset with a willingness to tackle any task.
