Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify, troubleshoot, maintain, and repair production machinery
  • Conduct preventative and predictive maintenance tasks
  • Maintain accurate daily maintenance and repair documentation
  • Comply with 'Good Manufacturing Practices' and adhere to Company Safety regulations

Required Knowledge and Skills:

  • In-depth expertise in diagnosing and repairing high-speed production equipment
  • Familiarity with AC/DC motors and Variable Frequency Drives (VFDs)
  • Proficient in reading and interpreting technical diagrams, blueprints, and schematics
  • Skilled in operating various machinery and power tools
  • Strong communication abilities
  • Interpersonal skills to foster teamwork

Experience and Education Requirements:

A minimum of 2 years of experience in industrial maintenance, ideally within a food production setting.
