We are currently hiring for both 2nd and 3rd shifts. As a seasoned Industrial Maintenance Technician, you will engage in a diverse range of responsibilities to guarantee the efficient and safe operation of our production machinery.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify, troubleshoot, maintain, and repair production machinery
  • Conduct preventative and predictive maintenance
  • Maintain daily logs of maintenance and repairs
  • Comply with 'Good Manufacturing Practices' and Company Safety regulations

Required Knowledge/Skills:

  • In-depth expertise in diagnosing and fixing high-speed production machinery
  • Familiarity with AC/DC motors and Variable Frequency Drives (VFDs)
  • Capability to read and understand diagrams, blueprints, and schematics
  • Proficiency in operating machinery and power tools
  • Strong communication abilities
  • Interpersonal skills for fostering team relationships

Experience/Education Requirements:

A minimum of 2 years of experience in industrial maintenance, ideally within a food production setting.
