Sales Operations Analyst

Airtower Networks, a leading wireless provider, is seeking a highly motivated Sales Operations Analyst to support the growth of our sales team. As a key member of our operations team, you will play a critical role in analyzing sales data, identifying trends, and providing actionable insights to drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities for growth
  • Develop and maintain sales reports and dashboards to track key performance indicators
  • Collaborate with sales, marketing, and business development teams to create data-driven strategies
  • Provide regular sales performance updates to leadership
  • Identify and highlight abnormal trends within sales performance and territory data
Requirements:
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Strong knowledge of MS Office and Google Workspace
  • Experience with CRM systems, particularly Hubspot
  • Ability to work well in a team environment and communicate effectively with stakeholders
