As a Revenue Operations Specialist within the GTM Systems and Tools team, you will collaborate closely with our Go-To-Market teams and Business Operations to ensure our Salesforce platform and integrated technology stack are optimized and scalable, facilitating an efficient and reportable sales process. Your responsibilities will include gathering requirements, configuring systems, and providing exceptional support to maintain smooth operations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Engage with stakeholders to collect business requirements and convert them into technical solutions.
  • Identify deficiencies in the current CPQ product catalog utilized by the Florence team and create a project plan to enhance adoption while establishing control mechanisms for a growing organization.
  • Utilize Salesforce reporting and dashboards to monitor key performance indicators as processes evolve, validating the effectiveness of solutions.
  • Deliver timely support to end users to resolve issues impacting their sales funnel.
  • Collaborate with Sales Leadership and Finance to ensure data integrity for accurate pipeline and bookings reporting.
  • Support the strategic division of Revenue Operations by managing commission plans within Salesforce.
  • Continuously expand knowledge and develop new skills in line with technological advancements, making recommendations for future enhancements based on Salesforce product updates.
  • Educate the broader Sales and Account Management teams through end-user training and documentation in partnership with our Sales Enablement leader and Highspot platform.
  • Work within the GTM Systems and Tools team to implement all configuration changes and proactively oversee system configuration and controls.
  • Maintain a comprehensive understanding of the broader GTM systems landscape.
  • Provide end-user support across the Salesforce suite of solutions and select integrated partners.
Qualifications:
  • 3+ years of certified Salesforce Administrator experience.
  • 2+ years of experience with Salesforce CPQ.
  • Experience in transitioning legacy automation to Flows in Salesforce.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively.
  • Understanding of a SaaS business model.
  • A proactive attitude with a desire for continuous learning and growth.
  • Previous experience in sales, marketing, and/or customer operations.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Familiarity with other Revenue Operations technologies such as Docusign CLM, Zendesk, ZoomInfo, SalesLoft, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, ChurnZero, Hubspot, Tableau, Netsuite, etc.
  • Advanced automation or APEX development experience in Salesforce.
  • Knowledge of formal project management methodologies.
