Administrative Coordinator

Rael & Letson is a leading employee benefits consulting and actuarial services firm seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to support our IT and leadership teams.
Key Responsibilities- IT Support: Collaborate with our IT & Systems Coordinator and external IT vendor to update cloud database of IT inventory changes, log devices statuses, order and track new hardware, and track machine setup.
- Administrative Assistance: Provide basic administrative support to executives in our Seattle office, including scheduling, meeting support, assistance with billing, digital file management, and support for completion of expense reports and timesheets.
- Order and track setup and configuration of office workstations as directed by IT vendor and IT & Systems Coordinator.
- Document and maintain inventory of IT assets and users.
- Follow IT policies and procedures and ensure compliance with security standards.
- Maintain and update records.
- Proactively assist with administrative tasks as assigned, finding opportunities to increase efficiency and productivity.
- Understanding of basic IT in an office environment, including laptops, technical orders, setup, software, and new hire profiles.
- Strong administrative skills, including typing, electronic document management, email, and calendar management.
- Highly proficient with MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams).
- Understanding of and interest in cloud-based systems, user profiles, and quick and accurate typing.
- Experience with project management software and basic understanding of cloud-based relational databases is strongly preferred.
- 2 years in a professional office environment, including some responsibility for technology setup and coordination.
- Experience working with executives in an administrative support role.
