HR Operations Assistant

RiVidium Inc. is seeking a highly skilled Human Resources Assistant to support Federal agencies with processing personnel actions. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for initiating personnel actions, coding and processing HR actions, and maintaining employee records.
Key Responsibilities- Personnel Actions: Initiate personnel actions in CHRIS, including career-conditional, career, temporary, limited appointments, details, changes to duty stations, separations, reassignments, realignments, changes to lower grade, promotions, and other pay changes.
- HR Actions: Code and process the full range of HR actions, including tracing employee history and applying pertinent technical references, conditions, or precedents.
- File Maintenance: Maintain files and employee records, position descriptions, and other HR items.
- Document Upload: Upload documents to eOPFs upon processing the associated personnel action.
- Record Requests: Request HR records from the records center.
- Clearance Level: Clearance Level L is required for this position. To obtain this clearance, a Five-Panel drug screening must be completed. Reimbursement for the screening will be received on the employee's first paycheck.
- Education: AA required.
- Experience: 2+ years of providing support to Federal agencies with processing personnel actions.
- Additional Requirements: An additional 2 years of professional work experience may be substituted for an AA or formal training. Experience coding and processing the full range of personnel actions; maintaining e-OPF; resolve a variety of personnel problems to include pay, service computation dates, incorrect data on SF-50s, etc.
