Position Overview

The HR Team is seeking a reliable, detail-oriented Administrative Coordinator to provide essential support to our financial operations team and the broader office environment.

This role presents a unique opportunity for individuals who thrive in a collaborative atmosphere and are eager to contribute positively. Key responsibilities encompass traditional administrative tasks alongside specialized functions related to the finance division, including but not limited to:

  • Overseeing schedules, which includes arranging travel, coordinating both in-person and virtual meetings, and managing conference room reservations and preparations.
  • Preparing and monitoring expense requests along with individual expense documentation.
  • Developing, preparing, and updating various documents, presentations, and other materials.
  • Executing clerical and administrative duties such as providing back-up reception services, photocopying, and assisting with project and package mailings as required.
  • Assisting Finance personnel with vendor invoice tracking, project management, month-end closing activities, and banking operations.

This position demands a high level of attention to detail, outstanding organizational and time management capabilities, superior verbal and written communication skills, critical thinking abilities, thoroughness, and a collaborative spirit. The role involves handling sensitive and confidential information, necessitating professionalism and discretion.

We are in search of a candidate with a minimum of five years of relevant administrative management experience, proficient computer skills (including a solid understanding of Microsoft Windows and Office Suite), and the capacity to learn company-specific software and applications.

We offer a competitive salary range of $77,000 to $88,000 based on experience. This role operates on a standard 35-hour workweek and comes with a comprehensive benefits package, which includes employer-paid health, dental, and vision insurance, company-sponsored life and disability insurance, flexible spending accounts, a pre-tax commuting subsidy, employer-funded pension and 401(k) plans with generous matching contributions, paid time off, and holidays.

This position may transition to a hybrid model in the future.
