Your Role:

The Senior Analyst, Governance, Risk, and Compliance will serve as a pivotal contributor within our Governance, Risk, and Compliance team. This role is essential in upholding our compliance initiatives, collaborating with various stakeholders to ensure a comprehensive compliance framework. The Senior Analyst will also play a significant part in the development and implementation of our security training initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Contribute significantly to our expanding GRC department, supporting the execution of various GRC projects, including security assessments and vendor risk evaluations.
  • Act as a champion for security and compliance across the organization, effectively communicating the importance of 'security by design' principles.
  • Oversee assigned projects, providing regular updates to management and escalating issues as necessary.
  • Adopt a proactive approach to problem-solving by identifying inefficiencies, collaborating with GRC and stakeholders to reach consensus on solutions, and driving their implementation.
Qualifications:
  • 3-5+ years of experience in the GRC field, encompassing audit, risk management, and security policy oversight.
  • Experience in facilitating PCI DSS compliance assessments is highly desirable.
  • Proven track record in conducting external security evaluations (PCI, SOC2, ISO 27001, SOX).
  • Familiarity with managing information security policies and vendor assessments is advantageous.
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills, with the ability to convey complex security and compliance concepts in accessible terms.
  • Must possess the legal right to work in the U.S.
